Costumer service is just an AI who doesn’t understand what you say half of the time and never connect you to a real person, if you have any issues with a seller, you’re doomed.
And boy i had issues with them:
1. They lost my package (i was warned 1 month before i could open a dispute on the website and they basically held my money hostage)
2. The seller themselves informed me my package was lost but they refused to refund me
3. Once i FINALLY could open a dispute the seller countered my claim (under the pretense that i had filled the wrong category. When i didn’t) with a refund of 0.01$ instead of a full refund of 100$.
4. I was not allowed to ask DHgate itself to intervene until more time has passed
I ordered my item back in March and this situation still isn’t solved
I don’t recommend this website, it’s 100% a scam
