Ordered an e-bike through their website and never shipped. Their website claims that they ship within 3 business days but after 10 calendar days, they couldn’t give me any sort of update. All they would tell me was that their warehouse was having some issues but couldn’t give me any sort of shipping/delivery estimate. After 10 days I decided to cancel, and I was told it would take 3-5 business days to process my refund. I asked several times for a cancellation number/email but was told they don’t provide those. After 5 business days, I contacted them and asked them about my refund where I was informed that the warehouse could now ship the e-bike and I was asked if I wanted to continue with the cancellation. I confirmed I wanted to continue with the cancellation and was told it would take 1-2 additional business days for my refund to go through. I told the rep that if I didn’t see my refund by the next day, I would submit a chargeback and report them to the BBB. That night I received a cancellation email (the one I was told by multiple people I wouldn’t receive) and I had my refund the next day. This is supposed to be a legitimate business, but they were super sketchy with me and could not give straight answers. Avoid at all costs.
