Stay away from Qeeq like the plague
I have rented many cars from many agencies in my life and none have come close to the experience I had with Qeeq. They rented me a car via Dollar Car Rental from JFK airport in New York City. When I went to pick up the car, Dollar had no cars available. I was under pressure to get to my destination in time and could not wait the 3 hours the car rental agency told me I must wait.
Qeeq did not back me up about this and instead called it a ’no show’ despite the fact that I did, in fact, show up and had already signed all the rental documents when Dollar told me there were no cars available.
Qeeq’s customer service is awful, and despite the fact that Dollar agreed to reimburse me in full via Qeeq, Qeeq is refusing to reimburse me for the car I didn’t use, instead calling it a ’no show’. I have been fighting with them for 5 months now and they are giving me every excuse in the book as to why, despite the fact that Dollar has already agreed to refund me (via Qeeq, since I paid through Qeeq) they cannot offer me a refund.
Stay away from Qeeq like the plague. Not worth your time or money to deal with them.
