The sniveling replies from GoCity’s management, pretending to have solved the issue, assuring that bookings wouldn’t trigger the GoCity pass. It’s all a sham, a blatant, premeditated deception!
And as if this weren’t enough to make one’s blood boil, let’s talk about their "customer service." What a jest! Rude, arrogant, and about as helpful as a paper umbrella in a hurricane. Two weeks of infuriating email exchanges finally yield a pitiful 20% refund, barely a fraction of our losses.

Réclamation auprès du tour operator qui les propose manque de fiabilité et ne reconnaisse pas leurs insuffisances !!ne savent pas ni faire un avoir,ni un remboursement !!
